Insightful but hard to read without a magnifying glass

I agree totally with the main points of this book, esp. as I have seen far too many linear meetings where the leader is just running through a rigid agenda. I really wish the book had larger type, more white space and more graphics, though. In short, I respect the quality of the work but not the publisher's decision making about font, etc.
