The major reservation would be the lack of some illustrations. This means the book should be for advanced investigators rather than beginners or non-experts in animal ischemia. Neurologists, neurosurgeons, physiologists, students, and research fellows would benefit from the discussions. The advantage of this book is it is very current discussing the most up to date journal data and analysis.
